Preferred Homes was established in 2016 under the leadership of Roy Sipel, licensed Florida real estate broker. We provide real estate sales, residential property management and investment guidance from a single office in New Port Richey. Coordinating these services under one roof allows us to support clients through related real-estate decisions without requiring them to start over with a different company at each stage.
